• Zero-Touch Deployment with Intune & Autopilot: I configured and deployed Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for several organizations, enabling Zero-Touch deployment and establishing a streamlined device management system from the ground up, significantly reducing manual setup and improving IT efficiency.

• SharePoint Migrations to SharePoint Online: I was involved in numerous SharePoint migration projects, successfully migrating on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring a smooth transition, and maintaining data integrity throughout the process.

• Microsoft 365 Admin Portal Management: I managed and administered the Microsoft 365 admin portals for multiple clients, overseeing services such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Security/Compliance. • User Management & Integration with Jira/Atlassian: I configured and implemented synchronization between on-premises Active Directory users and groups with cloud-based Jira/Atlassian environments using OneLogin. • Remote Work Enablement with RDS: In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, I assisted with the deployment of a new Remote Desktop Services (RDS) solution, enabling remote work capabilities for employees across multiple organizations. • Azure Enterprise Applications & Conditional Access Policies: I’ve worked with enterprise-level Azure Active Directory applications, configuring and securing single sign-on (SSO) integrations for a variety of business-critical applications.
